Overview:

 

This document defines the technical interface specifications for the Meter Data Management and Repository (MDM/R). The specifications in this document provide the detailed format of the interfaces associated with the integration of the MDM/R with various external systems.

Overview:

 

This document sets out the specification of various MDM/R reports.  The contents of this document were formerly part of “MDM/R Technical Interface Specifications” until Release 1.23.  Further enhancements to this content have been made since it formerly appeared in the “MDM/R Technical Interface Specifications” document.

Validation, Estimation and Editing (VEE) Standard (IESO_STD_0078):

 

Overview:

 

The purpose of this document is to establish a province wide validation, estimation standard and editing guideline for Meter Read data collected for electricity smart meters in the province of Ontario.

MDM/R Detailed Design document (SME_DES_9001):

 

Overview:

 

The MDM/R Detailed Design document is released as the proprietary information of eMeter Corporation and outlines the functions of the core EnergyIP application at the heart of the MDM/R system.

SPECIAL NOTE:

 

This document was originally released on April 30, 2008, it corresponded with MDM/R V1.0 Reports Technical Specifications, Issue 2.6,  MDM/R V1.0 Technical Interface Specifications, Issue 2.3 and MDM/R VEE Standard for the Ontario Smart Metering System, Issue 1.0.  These related technical specification documents have continued to evolve in the intervening time and contain the latest information available.  In the event of any discrepancies between the MDM/R Detailed Design document and the above-mentioned technical specification documents, the latter shall prevail.
