This document describes the process for submitting and completing a request to have meter read data removed in the MDM/R associated to a crossed meter situation; LDCs may associate a meter when installed or replaced with the wrong customer location resulting in a crossed-meter situation.

With the implementation of R7.2 to MDM/R Production, depending on the way you correct this crossed-meter situation, it may cause data related to an SDP to be in the condition described in the SME Technical Bulletin #2: Unwinding Crossed Meters communication.
