LDCs are requested to complete the MDM/R Outage Recovery Questionnaire. Its purpose is to obtain the most relevant information from all LDCs about the impact of a future MDM/R outage. The responses will help us better manage future outage recovery activities – and be able to serve LDCs better as a result.
LDCs that have not yet completed the enrolment process might take this opportunity to anticipate the impact an outage of this type would have on their business and respond to the appropriate questions.
