With the upcoming deployment of Release 7.2, all the LDCs currently in Production or that will cutover to Production under R7.0 are required to complete a minimum set of tests to be verified by the SME. Based on a mid-January 2012 promotion of R7.2 to Production, LDCs have been asked to identify a R7.2 six week testing schedule to complete these tests.

Project Managers at the Smart Metering Entity are organizing multiple webinar sessions to conduct walkthroughs of the LDC Required and Recommended Release 7.2 Testing Scenarios. During the sessions, we will review the 20 required scenarios; explain the philosophy behind the recommended ones and answer any questions that you may have.

The first session will be held on Wednesday October 12th and will run from 10:00am to 12:00pm.
