Issue 1.0 of each of the MDM/R Operations Manuals have been posted. It is important that MDM/R service recipients are aware of their roles within each manual and have their internal processes in place. Workshops are being provided to ensure MDM/R service recipients have the opportunity to learn about the processes and discuss their roles:
